On AI
When AI first came out, there was a lot of conversation about whether it would replace many jobs. Writing was one of them, because now, you can type an idea in and within seconds you will get a full-fledged article for free.
But as more and more businesses are using AI to replace genuine human writing, there is a stark difference. What people are craving even more now is human connections, human perspectives, human stories.
Having generic AI writing to represent either you or your company and values is like static that distorts the trust.
There is something fundamental missing if AI is used as a replacement. And it is obvious to most people reading, even if they can't quite name it.
I am not against AI. In fact, like any tool, I think it has tremendous power if used properly.
I still use AI now, but as a thinking partner. For example, to research, to explore different outlines, or to understand the discipline of whatever I'm writing about.
But no machine can replace this art.
What was missing
There were a few weeks when I started using AI and tried having it write articles and my stories. There are ways to make it so it sounds like you.
I was pleasantly surprised when at that point in time, I realized I could churn out multiple pieces of writing in a fraction of the time. Very efficient.
But I soon realized something fundamental was missing.
Soul.
What writing is
For me, writing is an expression of the life force within.
Writing is not the mere act of putting words onto paper or describing what a thing is. It is art. Art that is meant to be seen. A kind of union between worlds, yours and the reader's.
I would rather spend time and love and care to write something I feel passionately about than find shortcuts for the sake of efficiency. Writing is an art that I want to be part of creating. It helps me connect to a very profound place within myself. AI can definitely help in other ways, but it cannot replace the magical process of creation for me.
Writing is what glues it all together. It takes the internal vision, the story and the passion, and bridges them to something everyone can understand and see.

An anthropologist does not just look at the surface, she dives deep into patterns both simple and complex and the dance between micro and macro. How the small details are intertwined with bigger patterns or systems. How one person is a result of the range of influences they are exposed to and vice versa.
We look at systems, oppression, history, modern day, patterns. The key word is patterns. We are trained to see things that most people will not see on the surface.
I studied anthropology and scored top marks in classes on creative writing and communication at both Tufts University and Oxford University, where I was a visiting student in my junior year. A lot of my time was also spent performing spoken word poetry and monologues at large storytelling events.
After I graduated college, I left the known path.
Almost nine years
My heart led me to Sadhguru's Isha Yoga Center ashram in South India. My passion for inner transformation and spirituality led me to living there as a full-time volunteer for almost 9 years. First and foremost as a spiritual seeker, a teacher and later, a mentor. I organized large scale programs, regularly taught classical hatha yoga to a hall of over 700 people, and was a mentor to people who came for long-term residential programs all over the world.
I spent long periods in silence, and in intense activity that has transformed me completely.
I bring that depth to my writing. I create an ambiance of presence and insight to help find the voice that makes you and your company come alive with what is authentic for you.

I only take on clients and work with businesses I also feel deeply aligned to. I worked as a volunteer for 9 years in an ashram because I felt very deeply for it and genuinely wanted to share the yogic tools of transformation with the world. That same quality of love, care and service is still at the heart of whatever I do.
We start with a 15-20 minute consultation call, and we proceed if it feels like a fit on both sides. Payment is by project and based on what is required.
